We accept commissions to create an entirely new design not from our collection.
Our sales team would be delighted to hear about your project whether you have a specific design in mind or are looking to be inspired. We have worldwide experience of working with discerning individuals and design professionals on high-end residences and public spaces.
At our showrooms you can view the quality of product we offer along with examples of different manufacturing techniques and finishes. Your account manager can arrange a meeting with our designer and product manager to discuss the brief.
The Brief :
Development can begin with a sketch on a cocktail napkin, to reproducing a design from an antique for a listed building. We will look to you to provide guidance on the budget available for the commission and can provide initial estimates once there is a concept design in mind.
The Presentation:
We offer a concept package for the design of the fixture. Typically, we offer drawings of three different designs to consider with the option of developing the preferred choice into a 3D drawing. The visuals are supplemented by finish samples. We can confirm quotation against the drawings, with lead times generally around 16 weeks for bespoke designs.
The Commission :
When you are ready to proceed with the commission we require sign off on the drawings and a 50% deposit to start production. Intense effort is required to get the design just right. Along with our inhouse production we may work with various small makers, such as glass blowers, from around the UK to create truly unique designs that represent real craftmanship. Often these workshops are the last remaining specialists in their field and their work along with our workshop’s provides an element of magic that a drawing cannot capture.

Delivery and install :
Your account manager will facilitate shipping arrangements and our workshop will provide installation guides. Our team will remain on hand to ensure full after sales care.
