Working closely with independent testing houses we offer custom electrification on our entire range. For a quotation and lead time please supply details of the customisation required.
Examples of custom electrification include increasing the technical rating of a fixture, such as from UL Damp to Wet Listed, or from IP44 to IP65 rated.
We are also able to change the number of candle arms, or increase the number of bulbs within a fixture to either change the aesthetic or lumen output.
CASE STUDY :
In 2022 we redesigned our Passage Wall Lantern to be Dark Sky Certified.
International Dark-Sky Association’s fixture seal of approval program certifies outdoor lighting fixtures as being Dark Sky Friendly “meaning that they minimize glare while reducing light trespass and skyglow.”
To achieve this certification our inhouse team redesigned the bulb position within the Passage Lantern from two candle arms to two bulbs housed within the roof of the fixture. A testing house then assessed the photometric results.
