Where can I find pricing?

Each product is made to your exact requirements. As different specifications can affect the price and the lead time, we require you to select the options you would like, such as finish, to provide you with an accurate quote and current lead time. The easiest way to do this is by filling out the enquiry form on the product page.

 

Is there anything in stock I can buy?

We make everything to order, as such all our fixtures carry a typical lead time of 4 weeks excluding shipping. Custom sized designs and bespoke orders typically carry a longer lead time. We understand that projects do not always stay on schedule, so please let us know the date you are working to and we shall endeavour to meet it.



Can I buy chain, rod, ceiling canopies, flex, bulbs, glass or fabric shades?

Everything you will find under the personalisation menu: ceiling canopies, rod, chain, flex, bulbs, glass and fabric shades; are only available as specifications with our products, and are not available for individual purchase. These designs and components are only available as replacements for existing orders. For help with replacement orders please see our replacement and repair section below.



What do the dimensions refer to?



How do I specify products for Commercial and Contract projects?

Charles Edwards has over 20 years of experience in dealing with commercial and contract projects across the globe, including hotels, restaurants, bars, super-prime residences and yachts. An account manager will work closely with you along with our workshop team to ensure not only a beautiful product, but also that lighting codes and deadlines are met. Please use the enquiry form to enquire about any product or call, email, or fax the showrooms.



Can I increase the light in the fixture?

The most efficient way to increase light output is through the use of low-energy bulbs (compact fluorescent bulbs). All our lighting fixtures will take low energy bulbs without any modification.



Can I use the light fixture with a Dimmer/ Lutron System/ Creston System/ Security Motion Sensor?

All lights are compatible with standard lighting design systems. Depending on the system you are using you may need to use a transformer or a certain type of bulb, which the showrooms can advise you on.



Where do I find care instructions?

The care of your product will depend upon the finish specified. All care instructions are listed with each finish under the Personalisation section of the website. Click Here To View



Do you offer winches for hanging lights/ chandeliers?

We do not currently sell winches. A winch may be the most effective maintenance solution for a hanging light. For a supplier of winches you may refer to www.collingwoodlighting.com



How do I order replacements or get help with a repair?

As each product is made to order we require the original four/ five digit order, or invoice number and name where known. Please include a picture of the replacement, or repair required. When taking photos please do so with and without flash to ensure a more accurate representation of finish. For glass replacements please measure the broken panel as designs vary slightly owing to the handmade nature of the product.
