FINISHES
For a selection of our metal finishes,
please see the Finishes page.
This selection is not exhaustive and if you have
a different metal colour in mind, please send us
a sample and we will see if it can be matched. Sample
finishes can be loaned on request.
It is important to remember that all our lights
are hand finished, so colours can vary. While our
lanterns are supplied in unlacquered finishes as
a rule, there are certain exceptions; lanterns finished
in antique silver and powdered bronze and antique
Brass. We will ask you if you would like them lacquered,
because they would otherwise tarnish or become marked
when handled and age quicker without lacquer.
For exterior lights we particularly recommend
zinc, antique zinc, verdigris, underside bronze,
chrome or paint finishes.
All other finishes can be used outside with Stove
Lacquer. (quoted for seperately)
PAINT FINISHES
When requesting a paint finish, please quote
a paint reference number or send a sample for us
to match. Please also specify whether you want a
matt, eggshell or gloss finish. We use Farrow &
Ball or Benjamin Moore paints.
