All Charles Edwards designs are made to order and carry a lead time. You may use the online enquiry form to submit details for an accurate price and current lead time. Please note different specifications may alter the overall pricing and lead time. Alternatively you can call, email, or fax the showrooms direcly. The showrooms will provide any aesthetic or technical advice needed. Once you are happy with all specifications, a proforma invoice will be issued reflecting your order with a current lead time. For trade pricing please email or fax through a purchase order. We shall ask for you to sign off the approved proforma invoice along with a 50% deposit to activate the order. The balance will be payable prior to collection or shipping.
PAYMENT
Charles Edwards only accepts payment in British Pounds Sterling (£GBP). We are unable to quote in any other currency, as exchange rates will vary according to your method of payment. We accept payment by wire transfer, cheque, or any major credit card. Please note American Express carries a 3% surcharge.
On wire transfers please ensure the proforma number is quoted to ensure correct allocation of funds. All bank charges, and intermediary bank charges to be paid by the remitter.

All Alabaster Dish Lights (product codes beginging AD)
All products with the suffix 19a; WL-3-19a, PL-3-19a, CH-50-19a, CH-51-19a, CH-52-19a, CH-53-19a, CH-54-19a, CH-55-19a, HL-1A-19a, HL-1B-19a.
All other designs are governed by the Charles Edwards Ltd terms and conditions.
