Goods will be packed adequately for collection by a fine arts shipping company but will need to be repacked for export abroad.
We pack all items in Furniguard, and cardboard, which can be re-used, or recycled respectively. Certain products may require a chandelier crate for transportation. If you have special packing requirements, we will try to accommodate them.
We offer free London deliveries to private residences. Our designated courier carries out deliveries between: 10am – 5pm every Wednesday.
The map shows postcodes of the area covered by our courier service. Clients outside of this area must engage their own shipping/courier service to transport their order.
Customers are contacted on the morning of delivery to confirm delivery details, time slot and that someone will be present to check and sign for the order.
Shippers must contact us to arrange a collection time slot and present the collection note which is provided to you when your order completes production.

The shipper will need to collect the order from our workshop, inspect the items, professionally pack the goods for export and arrange delivery with you directly.
We highly recommend that you insure your fixtures against damage with your shipping company. If damage occurs, your contract for the transportation of your order is with the shipper and not with Charles Edwards (Antiques) Ltd. You must contact them directly to initiate any replacements or repairs.
