Metal Finishes

Handmade in brass, all designs can be finished in any of our metal finishes. Hand applied in our London workshop, subtle variations in tone are an inherent characteristic of our finishes, ensuring each piece is as unique as the interior scheme it is destined for.

Finish combinations are also available in a colour scheme of your choice. You may choose from a metal & metal, metal & paint, or paint & paint combination. Bespoke finishes are also possible; please contact the showroom for details.

Brass
Suitable for exterior and bathroom use without stove lacquerBrass

Un-lacquered polished brass is a smooth reflective finish. The finish will dull over time to a soft gold-brown tone.

Antique Brass

This finish is achieved by polishing, oxidising and rubbing the brass by hand to create an aged look with brown and soft gold tones. The patina will develop organically over time.

Distressed Gilt Lacquer
Suitable for exterior and bathroom use with stove lacquerDistressed Gilt Lacquer

This finish is achieved with a combination of gold lacquers and hand distressing. This aged gilt look has bright gold tones with blackened lowlights.

Nickel
Suitable for exterior and bathroom use with stove lacquerNickel

Nickel is a smooth, highly polished surface. A lower maintenance alternative to silver.

Brushed Nickel
Suitable for exterior and bathroom use with stove lacquerBrushed Nickel

The un-lacquered Brushed Nickel is achieved by hand brushing the Nickel plate and then replating. This satin finish is a low lustre alternative to polished Nickel, and steel.

Chrome

This polished finish is achieved by Chroming over Nickel and has a blue hue. Highly resilient to humidity, perfect for bathrooms, kitchens, and exterior use, Chrome does not require a lacquer in damp environments.

Bright Silver

This silver plated finish has a soft lustre. Un-lacquered the finish will blacken over time without maintenance.

This finish is achieved by using a toner on silver plate creating dark lowlights for an aged silver appearance. This patina will develop over time.

This silver plated finish has a hand worked patina on top creating a soft lustre. Un-lacquered the finish will darken over time without maintenance.

This hand painted finish has a stippled texture and emulates the muted green tones of organically aged bronze, copper and brass.

This oil rubbed bronze has a warm brown-black patina with brass highlights. Finished with a wax the patina will develop over time.

This smooth finish has warm glossy brown tones. Powdered bronze is obtained by brushing on a waxy powder and coating with a lacquer.
